Recently, the Youth Forum have organised a trip to Llangorse Multi Activity Centre where everybody enjoyed a morning of climbing and making new friends.

By coming to County Executive meetings you can make your voice heard, represent the views of your clubs and tell the County what you as members want from your County.

It is where the main decisions are made after consulting the clubs and where you can make a difference. It is where the Competitions, Youth Forum, Social and Fundraising and Finance Committees decisions are discussed at more length to make sure that everyone is happy and then approved.

The committee is made up of County Officials as well as people asked by the Federation to help guide and support the County in matters such as Policy making, Health and Safety, Funding, Insurance and our Service Level Agreement with Powys County Council.

Radnor YFC - Competitions Committee

Chairman:  John James, Howey YFC

Vice Chairman: Harriet Pugh, Radnor Valley YFC

This is the committee that decide about competitions and events that are put on for members. For example Public Speaking, Drama, Entertainment and Pantomime competitions as well as Field Day and the Rally. Larger events such as Field Day and the Rally will have a sub committee to discuss the events in greater detail i.e. who to ask to judge competitions. This is the committee to come to if you would like to suggest a new competition or changes to existing competitions. Or just have your say, it is your County after all.
