We meet every Monday night in Dolau Community Hall at 7.30p.m. After we have had our business meetings we always have something fun and exciting to do.
We are located in county of Powys, Mid Wales in the village of Dolau. The nearby towns are Llandrindod Wells and Knighton. Dolau railway station is a railway station serving the small village of Dolau in Powys, mid Wales. It is located on the Heart of Wales Line and is served by four trains each way per weekday. Passenger services are operated by Arriva Trains Wales.
We welcome anyone who is keen to join, you don't have to have a farming background. If you are ages between 10 and 26 then you can become a member. If you are over 26 then we will still welcome you and you can join in with the fun, and put across ideas to help the club.
We have activities all year round so there is plenty to do, whether it is playing sports, competing or performing in the entertainments.
Competitions take place throughout the year, and the largest is the Rally which has an assortment of events for all ages to compete.
There are Public Speaking, Junior Reading and Brainstrust competitions which are great experience where you can gain confidence!
